Weight Watchers and the Battle of the Bulge

WEEK ONE WEIGH IN


Ya-Hoo!!   Down 4 pounds!!  That is such a motivator.  I even feel like I look a little less of me.  Of course, at 5'11" it takes awhile for anyone else to notice, but it's a start.  I feel like my tummy looks a little less bloated and I feel more confident to wear some tops that made me feel very self-conscious just last week.  


This last week has been very stressful and I didn't eat much on a couple days, so I'm sure that has something to do with my 4 pound loss, but whatever, I'll take it.  Either way, I'm super motivated to keep on counting and tracking and perhaps, dare I say it, even work out.  Well, I'm still thinking about that one.  haha


I found this on a WW board and thought it might be helpful, it shows how much weight you will lose in a year if you lose and average of "x" pounds per week.  It's something I may post on my scale just to remind me that even a "little loss" can add up.

Weight Watchers Here I Come 

Day One, again.   How many times have I said this?  (Way too many)  But here we go. . .

I'm very bound and determined this time.  I currently weight 236.5.  I want to weight 150.  That's a lot of weight to lose.  I know it won't be easy.  Thus the reason why I'm starting over again for the umteenth time.  Ugg, I just figured it out, that 86.5 lbs.  WOW!!  How did it get to this point and why did I allow this to happen?

Anyway, I'm using this section to chronicle my "weight loss journey" as they like to say at WW.  Hopefully, it will keep me accountable (as I'm doing WW online) and motivated and perhaps it may motivate you as well.
